If as a child you are taught to believe in god: then as an adult decide that there is no god and there is nothing else that you can believe in - to replace your childhood belief in god - and you need to believe in something then you will return to your childhood belief in god.

we will believe together

why am I sad
...
because you have separated
yourself from god
...
I do love god
yet I am still sad
...
you don't love god enough
that's why you are still sad
...
I don't like my nose
...
god gave you that nose
if you don't like your nose
then you don't like god
...
I can't like my nose
...
then you can't like god
god gave you that nose
...
It's my father's nose
I got it from my father
It's genetics
...
god made genetics
therefore god made your nose
...
why did god give me such an ugly nose
...
we can't question god
we can only accept god's will
...
my only son was killed
by a drunk driver
...
your son is in heaven with god
...
how do I know my son is in heaven
...
we must believe
...
what if he is not in heaven with god
and I believe he is
...
we cannot question god
we must pray to god together
...
what if there is no god
...
you know all this came from somewhere
you are distraught
we must pray together
...
what if it all came from somewhere
other than god
...
everything comes from god
you are distraught
we must pray together
...
if there is no god
then my son died for nothing
he was killed by a drunk
and no one cares
...
we cannot question god's will
we must pray together
...
what if god is belief
...
you are distraught
let us pray
...
god is belief
and you know
...
without belief in god
there is nothing
I need something
you need something
we need something
...
we will pray together
we will believe together
